For about two years now, STROMBERGER PR has once again been represented in the Hanseatic city, bringing the expertise of its Munich headquarters to the North. A couple of years ago, the agency already had an office in Hamburg but had to pause operations at that location due to the pandemic. Today, STROMBERGER PR is firmly established in the Elbe metropolis – with a branch right in the heart of the city, between Jungfernstieg, City Hall, and Gänsemarkt.
On site, Sonia Becker, PR Director and long-standing member of the agency, is responsible for maintaining direct relations with the media. As part of the original Hamburg team, she cultivates close contacts with journalists, organizes media events with local expertise, and is also active in the surrounding regions such as Schleswig-Holstein, Berlin, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Together with the team in Munich, she offers strategic consulting, digital communication solutions, as well as classic PR, marketing, influencer relations, and events.

Sonia has been part of STROMBERGER PR since 2017 and has been active across Germany ever since. After working at the Munich office and later in Hamburg, she returned to the headquarters in Munich in July 2020 for three years. Since early 2024, she has been heading the Hamburg office as PR Director, developing it with great experience, dedication, and a strong network.
In her role, she is responsible for managing national and international hotels, hotel groups, and destinations as well as individual properties. She develops tailored communication strategies and supports hoteliers with everything from traditional press relations to digital communication solutions, influencer relations, and events. With her keen sense for markets and trends and a strong local network, she provides both strategic and creative consulting – always with a focus on sustainable visibility and a strong brand identity.
