Background information
Minor Hotels has been expanding its brand presence in Italy since the end of June 2023 with the five-star Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort. The first Italian hotel of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is located in the middle of the Duino Cliffs nature reserve. While the centre of the charming port city is around half an hour away by car, it’s only 90 minutes to Venice and just 20 minutes from Trieste Airport. All 58 rooms and suites as well as the 73 apartments face the Adriatic Sea and the fashionable marina. Highlights of the terraced complex include six pools, the hotel's own beach club, a 3,600 square metres spa with outdoor and indoor pools, several saunas and steam baths as well as a fitness centre. Four restaurants and two bars provide culinary variety. The resort also offers a 1,200 square metres event space and a pavilion near the beach.
