With the Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort, the Asian hotel brand Avani Hotels & Resorts is making its debut in the Maldives from April 1, 2023. The new hideaway is located on Fares Island on the western edge of the heart-shaped Baa Atoll, which was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2011 and can be reached in just 35 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport. Like all hotels in the Avani+ category, it is characterized by its prime location and modern design. The generous selection of 176 suites and pavilions, beach villas and luxurious over-water villas, some with up to four bedrooms, make it the ideal destination for families, groups of friends and couples.
